We are seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead and scale a team of high-achieving Existing Customer Enterprise Account Executives focused on driving expansion opportunities across Fivetran's most strategic existing customer accounts.

This role reports directly to the RVP of Enterprise Sales and will be a foundational leader in our Enterprise business.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years enterprise sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior AEs/AMs selling a technical solution to large, complex enterprises.

They will have a proven and repeatable history of overachievement both as an enterprise seller/account manager and a leader whose teams consistently exceeded revenue targets and accelerated their careers under their leadership.

A strong ability to motivate AEs through continuous growth and change is essential, along with a natural ability to earn the trust and respect of the team with a One Team One Dream mindset.

The pay range for this role is $149,088-$186,361 USD per year.
