The Corporate Accounts Analyst supports domestic customers with contracts related to the purchase of medical devices, and all functions of the Corporate Account process. This includes many responsibilities to set up, monitor and report against all customers within Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).

Responsibility:

  • Maintain Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) /Corporate Account Membership updates
  • Liaison with Master Data to ensure customers are added to corresponding GPO/Corporate price groups
  • Process daily GPO – Chargebacks to Wholesaler/Distributors
  • Provide all contract pricing and membership eligibility templates to wholesalers as needed
  • Support contract pricing for GPO and Corporate Accounts in SAP/contract data base
  • Investigate and reconcile price discrepancies
  • Facilitate Monthly/Quarterly Administrative Reporting/Fees
  • Submit Monthly/Quarterly Check Requests to Accounts payable
  • Escalate urgent matters to appropriate resource as needed.
  • Perform all functions consistent with compliance requirements related to regulatory agencies such as; Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Justice (DOJ), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Training and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant business experience – Required
  • Conflict Resolutions Skills – Required
  • Experience managing contract process – Required
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new processes and technology required
  • CRM/ERP experience required (SAP/Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Strong experience with MS Office required
  • Quickly processes and applies information for the circumstance to critically think through the best approach
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service preferred
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Creative, self-starter, team-player with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrates a strong desire and motivation to build customer relationships, instill trust, and resolve customer inquiries
  • Owns actions and words to each other and to customers
  • Works well as part of a team by collaborating and maintaining productive, harmonious relationships
  • Able to multi-task, plan and organize
  • Able to flex within multiple systems and applications without intimidation
  • Learns and understands a wealth of information and systems readily
  • Comfortable being productive in a sedentary situation for an 8-hour work day
