Key Responsibilities:
  • Record all cash transactions for corporate entities, including investment contributions and distributions
  • Manage revenue fee billing and other reimbursable expense billings
  • Process accounts payable invoice entry and regularly review open invoices
  • Assist with general A/R and A/P processes for corporate entities
  • Participate in the financial statement close process, including cash, intercompany, and other account reconciliations, analyses of variances, and detailed review to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks
  • Collaborate with various departments as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of previous accounting experience
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Professional communication both written and oral
  • Proficient with various ERP systems and Excel
