Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

  • Present and promote StaffBright’s services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Recruiting:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable positions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to match skills and experience with client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback to both parties.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
