The Investment Operations Associate is responsible for providing support to the company’s investment operations team.


The position requires the following skills and attributes:


·            A four-year college degree from a reputable college or university with at least 3+ years of operational experience within wealth management, investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, business insights/analytics or a specialized financial services role.

The Investment Operations Associate will be responsible for a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to: 


·               Receiving and reviewing incoming client communications, executing all client transactions, verifying the accuracy of daily cash and position reconciliations.


·               Preparing/editing/distributing specialized or complex documents.


·               Completing and submitting account documents as well as subscription agreements for limited partnership investments.


·               Assisting the investment team with the distribution of client performance reports.


·               Communicating with business managers, accountants, custodians, and representatives of investment firms to ensure the timely receipt of statements, cash flows, tax documents, and other financial information related to clients.


·               Assisting the firm's senior team members with client onboarding and maintenance.


·               Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.


·               Other general company accounting, back office, and treasury operations.


This position offers a competitive salary based on experience ranging from $78 thousand – 100 thousand per year total compensation (base + bonus). This is a full-time, in-office position located in Beverly Hills. Because of our highly cohesive and collaborative style of daily interaction, we require candidates to be fully vaccinated prior to their first day of employment for the safety and well-being of all team members (certain exceptions apply).
