- Optimize Staffing Strategy: Work with stores to optimize staffing strategy, effective schedule writing, and support labor management routines and disciplines.
- Identify Operational Excellence Opportunities: Collaborate with store leaders and cross-functional corporate partners to identify and solve for operational excellence opportunities.
- Establish Key Operational Metrics: Establish, monitor, and analyze key operational metrics to drive performance, focus, and improvement.
- Lead Indirect Reports: Lead indirect reports to deliver efficient and seamless execution of retail operations and process optimization efforts.
- Promote a Customer-Centric Culture: Promote a customer-centric culture of results-oriented performance in stores and through corporate cross-functional relationships.
- 5+ years of store operations experience
- 5+ years of stores/field leadership experience
- 4-Year Degree Preferred
- Strong ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization
- Adept at identifying operational improvement opportunities and working with others to generate and implement solutions
- Ability to influence without authority and drive change
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
