Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on real estate markets and regional trends, investment models, and prepare necessary documentation such as contracts and letters of intent to facilitate sales.
  • Analyze property values utilizing comparable sales, data, site evaluations, market trends, and research.
  • Ensure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries to advance business opportunities.
  • Manage leads and maintain follow-up through daily CRM usage to ensure tasks are completed until deals are finalized.
