Compensation: Up to $220K annual base salary plus 15% bonus and benefits

Scope of Role / Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A and partnering closely with Sales Operations, COO, and the CFO, this person will directly oversee a team of 8 for the Commercial channel. They will lead the team on all things top line including revenue forecasting (both from a financial model perspective based on trending along with commercial inputs), territory alignment, reviewing commissions, opportunity analytics, and QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with executives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Targeting 10+ years of experience
  • Strong background within commercial business, including exposure to reimbursements
  • Experience with revenue modeling
  • Proficiency with a commercial level financial modeling system (i.e., Oracle, Adaptive, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical mindset
