Duration: Direct Hire

Job Title: Director, FP&A

Location: Primarily remote (Must be within commuting distance to Canton, MA 02021 as needed)

Compensation: Up to $215K annual base salary plus 15% bonus and benefits


Scope of Role / Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A and partnering closely with Sales Operations, COO, and the CFO, this person will directly oversee a team of 8 for the Commercial channel.

  • Will lead the team on all things top line including fully ownership of revenue forecasting (both from a financial model perspective based on trending along with commercial inputs)
  • Responsible for territory alignment as well as reviewing commissions
  • Perform QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with executives
  • Responsible for commercial analysis, head count analysis, and territory analysis (mainly top line revenue)
  • Partnering with the commercial organization (VP of Sales Ops, COO, and CFO)


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience
  • Experience leading several direct reports
  • Strong background within commercial biotech
  • Experience with full ownership of revenue modeling & forecasting
  • Experience with territory, sales, and commission review & analysis
  • Proficiency with a commercial level financial modeling system (i.e., Oracle, Adaptive, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical mindset
