Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Create and manage intricate financial models to facilitate strategic initiatives.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Provide training and guidance on FP&A principles and practices.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of the FP&A team's contributions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and offer ongoing feedback and coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a multi-location setting.
  • Proficient in Excel with extensive experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, database management, and reporting systems (ERP, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborative approach, effective across departments.
  • Strategic thinker, contributing to the broader business strategy.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members for success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
