Description:

Zenex partners is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Fraud & Risk team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of solutions aimed at reducing fraud across various domains including Booking Fraud, Account Takeover, and Supplier/Partner Fraud. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams globally, including product management, technology, operations, machine learning science, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and participate in the software development lifecycle, leveraging Agile practices to support planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing phases.
  • Develop project schedules and prioritize tasks to achieve milestones and project objectives.
  • Build the basic structure of programs from inception, including business case development, team engagement, stakeholder management, and budgeting.
  • Identify required resources and make recommendations for team members, technologies, and partners.
  • Coordinate large-scale planning exercises across the organization.
  • Review and contribute to technology solutions, designs, and architectures.
  • Manage and contribute to multiple simultaneous programs.
  • Detail out functional and non-functional requirements from ambiguous problem statements.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to understand and contribute to technology solutions, design, and architecture.
  • Capability to capture non-obvious non-functional requirements.
  • Proven experience working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in managing large-scale planning exercises and reviewing solution designs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in e-commerce Fraud & Risk.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Location: Seattle, WA; role is not permanently remote.

Additional Information:

  • Interview Process: 3-4 interviews over Zoom or in person at Clinet’s Seattle Campus.
  • Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in e-commerce Fraud & Risk domain preferred.
  • Team: Currently consists of 7 Technical Program Managers across Seattle (US) and India offices.
