Job Title: Technical Program Manager Cyber Security

Duration: Full-Time

Location: Seaatle, WA (Initial 2-3 months onsite, afterwards can be hybrid)

Salary: $120K/yr-$125K/yr Plus Benefits

Key Duties

Is in our Cybersecurity space supporting our M&A Integration efforts.

  • Manage multiple integration initiatives and identify dependencies, risks and issues for large-scale Enterprise-wide projects
  • Act as a representative on behalf of the team when work is requested (from revenue teams, frontline users, business stakeholders etc.)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to intake and prioritize cybersecurity reviews and workstreams
    Work with multiple divisions/organizations across the company, business partners, and senior management
  • Align on scope and schedule with product/integration teams
  • Keep folks aligned and moving forward; drive resolution of program level impediments
  • Support executives via reporting and meetings
  • Gain consensus on technical decisions to deliver high quality results
  • Enable the Cybersecurity team with establishing and enhancing consistent product delivery methods
  • Monitor and forecast delivery status based on integration planning
  • Track program issues and drive resolution. Resolve program level impediments. Identify and communicate any unresolved problems. Manage program risk and responses to the risks. Plan for contingencies by establishing appropriate linkage of risk to scope/schedule and cost.
  • Communicate program status to participants and stakeholders in writing as well as in formal presentations
  • Work effectively with internal team members and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to prepare & execute plans for organizational change that will be brought about by the implementation of new features

Requirements:

  • Technical program and product management experience.
  • Experience with 'go lives', readiness assessments, and launch communication plans
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and influence subject matter experts and senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with IT & business stakeholders, manage project escalations and customer concerns
  • Experience leading teams and providing oversight and coaching

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

  • Required
    • A minimum of 5 years in project/product/technical program management.
    • Proven Program management and technical project management capabilities.
    • Proven ability to lead & guide technology teams in complex environments.
    • 7 years' hands-on experience addressing all elements of scope, schedule, budget, risk evaluation, issue resolution, quality, integration, staffing, and communications on software engineering projects
    • Ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior executive audience
    • Experience managing teams and providing oversight and coaching
    • Experience with technology integration planning and execution oversight for M&A
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery
    • Experience operating in a hybrid environment where teams are working in a mixture of agile/product centric and waterfall delivery models
    • Experience with vendor management
    • Advanced knowledge of program management principles, practices, and tools
    • Advanced skills in leading agile groups, must be able to facilitate release planning and cross functional planning for multiple product teams
    • Deep understanding of business requirements as defined by epics, features, user stories & releases.
    • Ability to work closely with product managers and product owners to synchronize the release of features through multiple product backlogs.
    • Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and be comfortable with ambiguity
