Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of IT, Engineering, or Professional Services staffing experience in new business development
- Eager to thrive in an energetic, in-person office environment
- A hunter, ready to kick down doors and chase down leads
- Stellar interpersonal communication skills for making connections and building lasting relationships
- A burning motivation for personal success
- Resourcefulness that turns challenges into opportunities and leads into wins
- Expertise in crafting and executing sales strategies that build both passive and active pipelines
- Mastery in managing customer and consultant expectations to ensure top-notch satisfaction
- In-depth understanding of industry trends and the ability to discuss requirements with customers like a true professional
- The ability to manage the lifecycle of consultants and create long-term customer relationships
