As a Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.
  • Market appropriate products and services to customers, leveraging your knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

**Requirements**

  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
