Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning, organization, and coordination of different projects across digital platforms, including social and traditional print media.
- Being client, vendor and team facing, you will be responsible for leading kickoff meetings, dealing with ambiguity and ensuring clear and concise communication among all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project related risks, track project milestones and handle potential issues in a timely manner, and resolve them effectively.
- Partner with Senior PMs, actively managing up and supporting them with help of exceptional organizational skills.
- Ensure process adherence, adopt best project management practices in a flexible way to support the changing needs of business operations and the project landscape.
- Manage vendor communications and liaise with producers for efficient schedule management.
Candidate Profile:
- Applicants with agency experience of 4-6 years, ideally in a Project Manager role. However, exceptional candidates with 2-3 years of experience with robust project management skills will be considered.
- Familiarity with the workplace multiculturalism, with a strong emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Experience in digital and media planning, social, print, and preferably WMJ.
- Canada date as a self-starter, the ability to work independently and continuously learn is a must.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle pressure and challenging situations.
