Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Omnichannel Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. As an Omnichannel Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects, blending creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver exceptional results. Your deep understanding of the advertising landscape will be key to making an impact, and your entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented mindset will thrive in our collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and oversee the digital marketing department, setting clear expectations.
  • Provide constructive guidance and feedback to nurture the team's technical and soft skills.
  • Actively participate in the Operations L10 framework.
  • Proactively strive to meet scorecard goals, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Client Engagement & Strategy
  • Collaborate in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients.
  • Be accountable for marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Contribute to expanding the digital marketing department's service offerings.
  • Support sales efforts to foster partnerships and client relationships.
Technical Expertise
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost client awareness.
  • Establish benchmarking systems for tracking, reporting, and analyzing KPIs and initiatives.
  • Provide support to the team in executing client engagements.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring projects remain on scope, within budget, and on schedule.
  • Adhere to the Telecommuting Policy when applicable.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience in marketing and team leadership.
  • Previous management experience required.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ambitious, persistent, and driven to achieve success.
  • Coachable and responsive to feedback.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to building a lasting career.
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and strong team collaboration.

  • Proficient in current online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Experience in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and related platforms.
  • Capable of contributing innovative strategies and tactics.

This position is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, STD, LTD, Life, 401(k), and paid vacation. This is not a remote position.
