Reli. is a dynamic eCommerce company experiencing rapid year-over-year growth via selling on Amazon (www.amazon.com/reli), Walmart, our own Shopify store, and eBay. We currently service 10,000+ orders daily across our eCommerce marketplaces, with over 1,000,000+ unique customers such as Marvel, Dominos, and Lululemon.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations & Process Manager to lead and optimize our internal processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process creation, management, and compliance, with excellent leadership skills to support various departments and executives. This role will focus on enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement to support our rapid growth.

- Hybrid Work Schedule: Reli. is headquartered at 12900 Park Plaza Dr, Cerritos, CA 90703. We operate a hybrid remote model with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays to facilitate team bonding and collaboration.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process Management:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor & support key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership Support:
- Support leadership teams across Product & Marketing, Data & Automation, Supply Chain, and Advertising departments.
- Provide detailed and accurate reviews of deliverables across departments to ensure quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with executives and other senior leaders to facilitate goal achievement and strategic planning.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and reduce costs.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes.
- Implement best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide operational support.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, STEM, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, process management & compliance, leadership support.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in supporting senior leadership and coordinating among individuals to achieve goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Experience with supporting KPI progress across departments, ensuring accountability and progress towards strategic goals.
- Proven experience in core skill development and training of team members, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, STEM, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in operations management or process improvement.
