Job Overview

Position Summary

The eCommerce Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in the seamless operation of our online store. This includes managing the acceptance and processing of donations, providing support to online customers, and ensuring the accurate shelving and dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the designated work schedule, with punctuality being a crucial aspect of the role.
  • Maintain organized and tidy workspaces, ensuring cleanliness at the end of each day and in storage and production areas.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative relationship with management, colleagues, and team members.
  • Efficiently package all items for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Locate and gather all orders for shipping purposes.
  • Address all customer service inquiries related to order fulfillment, including tracking requests, local pick-up options, and combined shipments.
  • Manage shipping supply inventory, proactively requesting restocks as necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive records database to track shipping costs and the volume of parcels dispatched.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in all work areas.
  • Comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Meet performance goals and fulfill assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Supervisory Duties

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively to meet daily production targets.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English instructions.

Physical Demands

  • Capability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
  • Frequent exposure to airborne particles is expected while performing job duties.
