Seeking fearless Inside Sales Representative for an Experiential Marketing Agency in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.  (Hybrid)

 

 

Position Summary:

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing relationships, generating and nurturing leads and closing deals with national brand partners for our agency-owned properties, Fierce Lab LIVE and the Fierce Lab College Tour (launching fall of 2024).  Additionally, you will be responsible for generating corporate and individual ticket sales for Fierce Lab LIVE, happening October 7-8, 2024 in Fort Worth, TX. In this role you are responsible for building a pipeline, nurturing leads, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts and closing deals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics as well as demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

Tara Wilson Agency (www.tarawilson.com) is a Fort Worth, Texas-based boutique experiential marketing agency with a mission to help leading sportswear and beauty brands create consumer experiences through ideation to execution.  As part of our marketing approach for scaling the agency, we have developed and own a women’s empowerment platform, Fierce Lab (www.fierce-lab.com). Fierce Lab hosts an annual conference and is launching an 11-university College Tour in Fall of 2024.  Our core values guide our client work and who we hire.  We are professional, client-centric, collaborative, proactive, solution-focused and we never settle.  We operate nationwide and are growing rapidly.



Objective

You’ll develop new relationships and cultivate existing brand partnerships with national brand partners, resulting in $1,500,000 in new brand partner sponsorships and ticket sales.  We expect clients to rave that you understand their needs and successfully connect them to our team of experts to help them achieve their marketing activation goals.  They will notice that you are proactive, resourceful, solution-focused, accessible and professional. 


You will:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on       the prospective client’s business needs
  • Conduct 250 - 300 outbound cold and warm calls, emails,and direct messages daily to build your pipeline with new leads
  • Schedule up to 100 meetings a month with clients and the CEO
  • Develop and nurture relationships with leads to personally close individual and corporate ticket packages generating $25,000 in monthly revenue.  
  • Generate ticket sales for Fierce Lab LIVE from existing relationships as well as new  leads 
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM system and perform a daily review of leads and lead sources
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine the client's target audience, marketing objectives, budget for activations, etc.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to internal stakeholders to deliver upon the Fierce Lab brand partnership promise
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

We expect your efforts to uncover new brand partnerships with six figure budgets that expand our revenue and market share nationwide with specific efforts focused on brands that want to engage and access women ages 18 – 44.  Your role will be vital to our long-term success.  

 

You’ll work closely with our CEO as well as production teams to collectively deliver proposals and concepts that impress our clients.  Your role is integral to developing and implementing strategies that expand our business with new brand partners and attendees, as well as fostering relationships with current partners and attendees of Fierce Lab.

  • Experience:  You have 3+ years sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience.  You have a proven track record of success.  


Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

At least 3 years’ work experience in a sales specific role, selling national brand partnerships and ticketed events

At least 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred  



Physical Requirements

You will spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  

  

 

Compensation

$75,000 to $275,000 per year
