Position Summary:

The Executive Vice President, Financial Advisor, will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of CapWealth. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing expert financial advice, and driving the firm's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record of success in the wealth management industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
  • Create and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including research, compliance, and operations, to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.

  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFP, CFA, CPA) is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management roles, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and retention, with a demonstrated ability to grow a book of business.
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning principles, investment management, and tax strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
