Human Resources Business Partner - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist for a Business Partner position.

Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing core people processes efficiently and equitably, supporting managers and employees in performance challenges, and fostering a performance-driven culture that values exceptional contributions to our patient-centric mission.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Proven working history of progression in Human Resources.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.

The Human Resources Business Partner's responsibilities will be:

  • Execute core people processes in an efficient, equitable, and empowering way for all involved.
  • Support managers and employees in identifying, diagnosing, and addressing performance challenges.
  • Encourage a performance-driven culture recognizing and rewarding exceptional contributions to our patient-centric mission.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse work environment.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
