Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced degrees or certifications in business administration, industrial distribution, architectural engineering, lighting science, or theatre are a plus.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice-President or Director of Sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong organizational and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.com proficiency.
  • Ability to sell technical products based on features and service rather than price.
  • Channel Sales/ Partner Sales experience preferred
