POSITION OVERVIEW

 Terrible's is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our banking team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's cash balances on a daily basis across various accounts. The Treasury Manager will also oversee the utilization of cash management reporting via the use of Trovata.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash balances across multiple accounts to ensure optimal liquidity and efficient use of funds.

·        Trovata Tool Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of the Trovata tool, ensuring accurate data entry and utilization for banking transactions.

·        Intercompany Balances: Track and manage funds to pay down intercompany balances in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

·        Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain cash forecasting models to predict future cash flows and identify potential funding needs.

·        Bank Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with banking partners to optimize services and fees.

·        Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to cash management and treasury operations.

·        Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the treasury function, and implement appropriate solutions. Reporting: Generate regular reports on cash positions, liquidity, and other key treasury metrics for senior management.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with treasury management systems (e.g., Trovata) and banking platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with intercompany transactions and cash pooling structures is a plus.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.


REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
