Overview:

Summary Statement:

The Senior Treasury analyst is responsible for the development and implementation of effective, integrated systems for treasury management. Oversees day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, financial modeling, financial institution relationships, tax, and debt compliance. This position will work closely with senior management on various strategic finance projects.

Job Duties:

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage and execute daily operational tasks including facilitating payments, set up, monitoring, and executing transfers, and validating data.
  • Oversee debt compliance and financial institutional relationships.
  • Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating, and closing accounts.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements treasury-related business process improvements.
  • Support daily cash positioning. Analyzes company cash flows and supports funding initiatives to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Supervises the maintenance and compliance of all Treasury, Title 31 Regulations, and Internal Control requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal business partners including Accounts Payable, Legal, internal auditors, and operating departments.
  • Manages Human Resources responsibilities to include quality hiring and training, staff motivation, feedback and development, promotions, discipline, and terminations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.


Qualifications:

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, database, and analytical and financial systems.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, project management and critical thinking skills with excellent oral and written communication to effectively partner with internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both in written and oral forms.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of gaming regulations
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of progressively financial experience in cash management and/or corporate finance.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Certified Treasury Professional is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain the following:
