How You Will Make an Impact:

 This professional role helps in our Treasury Group and play a key role in corporate Treasury Management. Working with the Senior Treasury Analyst and Senior Corporate Manager Treasury, Finance & Consolidations, this role will be cross trained as a back fill on daily cash positions. This position will report directly to the Sr. Corporate Manger Treasury, Finance & Consolidations. Additionally, the role will collaborate with key executives, store General Managers, and other stakeholders in implementation of cash-flow management process and technologies across the family of dealerships.

Assist in the preparation of all daily cash bank reconciliations for all locations  Assist accounting and financial teams in inventory and financial audits  Assist with developing strategies to improve cash flow performance via interest rate hedging strategies, process improvements  Assist with the preparation of monthly treasury dashboard and management reporting  Assist accounting, operational teams and executive management to track, report and collect manufacturer performance incentives timely  Help to document current processes, define operational gaps, and recommend standardized processes  Assist with ad-hoc projects, system implementation, process improvements and reporting, and additional duties as directed 

Skills Needed to Win:

Self-starter, motivated by results, problem solver, team player  Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting a must  Automotive Industry/Dealer Automotive experience a big plus  Corporate treasury experience (2+ years) related to banking and cash management strongly desired  Ability to understand and interpret financial statements, strong communication skills a must  Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) a big plus Comfortable with operating multiple application systems  Demonstrated success building consensus, coaching, and working in team environment  Ability to complete multiple projects on time with varying timelines and priorities
