You will also play a vital role in onboarding new clients, managing documentation, and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new treasury management solutions and enhance existing services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client documentation, transactions, and system configurations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting treasury management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ACH operations procedures, electronic banking, and payroll services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
