Job DescriptionJob Description

We are searching for a Treasury Management Coordinator to assist the VP/Treasury Management Officer at a financial institution. The Treasury Management Coordinator will perform basic treasury activities, expense management activities, and accounting and reporting for related entities. This position will also work closely with internal teams and other stakeholders to complete requests.

Your Responsibilities Include 

  • Support client onboarding for online banking, wires, ACH, positive pay, etc. 
  • Perform daily maintenance and assist clients with set up for online banking and cash management system.
  • Manage client files.
  • Provide document preparation with treasury management products.
  • Prepare the ACH annual review by gathering and compiling statements and ACH transaction history. 
  • Assist as required in the coordination and support of audits.

Your Requirements Include:

  • Associates degree, preferred. 
  • 2 years of experience with treasury management. 
  • Extensive knowledge of ACH operations procedures, electronic banking, and payroll services and products.
  • Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
