Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Operations Duties:
  • Evaluate and authorize global treasury transactions, including share repurchases, foreign exchange dealings, and intercompany payments
  • Oversee daily global cash management and reporting
  • Assist in resolving daily transaction challenges escalated by team members
  • Ensure the accurate execution of the Treasury month-end process, including cash activity recording and intercompany interest calculations
  • Prepare and supervise the monthly Treasury Report for the CFO
  • Maintain signatory authority on over 250 global bank accounts
  • Drive cash investment strategies to maximize interest returns
  • Conduct periodic reviews of banking fees and interest rates with financial partners
  • Act as the primary administrator for online banking and treasury platforms
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposures and develop strategies for natural currency hedging
  • Manage currency risk and optimize capital utilization
Global Capital Management Support:
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and reports for global cash flow
  • Identify and facilitate global cash movements, including intercompany loans
  • Assist with debt issuance projects as required
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in Group Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Legal
Process Improvement and Governance:
  • Develop and implement Treasury policies, procedures, and controls
  • Lead key Treasury improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls over cash management and treasury activities
Banking Relationships:
  • Support the negotiation of Treasury contracts with banking institutions
  • Maintain robust relationships with banks while managing the global banking framework
  • Utilize existing banking relationships to manage global accounts
  • Oversee bank account services and administration
  • Evaluate and recommend banking products and services
  • Collaborate with internal partners across various departments
  • Engage with internal and external auditors
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CFA are advantageous
  • Minimum of 10 years in accounting or corporate treasury roles
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in spreadsheet modeling
  • Extensive experience in treasury operations
  • Familiarity with banking systems is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work across various time zones as needed
