Position Summary


We seek an HVAC Service Sales with a solid commercial HVAC service, sales, and estimating background. The ideal candidate is local to San Jose, has a stable work history, and will focus on driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the San Jose area.
  • Generate leads and secure commercial HVAC service contracts.
  • Conduct site visits to assess needs and offer tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including estimates and timelines.
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and renew existing contracts.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to San Jose, CA.
  • At least three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems and market demands.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
  • Proven steady employment in reputable HVAC companies.
