Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service/Project Sales Specialist to join our team at Gulfstream Strategic Placements. The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial HVAC installation, service, and sales background, with proven expertise in project estimating.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for commercial HVAC projects, from lead generation to project closure.
  • Deliver accurate, competitive estimates to secure contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams for seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service, plus 3+ years in sales and estimating.
  • Expertise in HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls Metasys.
  • Strong familiarity with the San Jose market and a stable, local work history.
  • Skilled in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
