Role Objective:

The Managing Director of Business Development & Partnerships will be responsible for cultivating and expanding AIIP’s strategic relationships, building alliances with industry leaders, and broadening the firm’s network to strengthen deal pipelines and investment opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

🟢 Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new partnership opportunities.

🟢 Build and maintain high-value relationships within the semiconductor and AI sectors to support deal flow and market positioning.

🟢 Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with AIIP’s overall investment strategy and growth goals.

🟢 Represent AIIP at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the firm's visibility and thought leadership.

🟢 Negotiate and manage strategic alliances to maximize mutual value and long-term cooperation.

🟢 Continuously monitor and adapt strategies to reflect changing market dynamics and emerging industry trends.


Ideal Background:

  • Strong, established network within the semiconductor and AI industries, with demonstrated success in fostering strategic alliances.
  • Proven experience in business development and partnership roles, ideally at a major AI or semiconductor firm or within a specialized consultancy.
  • Extensive knowledge of market trends, competitive landscapes, and partnership best practices in the technology and AI sectors.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to achieve strategic business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in senior business development or strategic partnership roles, with a focus on tech-driven industries.
  • Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Attributes: Visionary and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes and build influential networks.
