What we are looking for

  • An Electrical Estimator who can prepare accurate and competitive bids for low and high voltage projects, mainly in the federal sector.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator, with a proven track record of winning bids and delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • A solid knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices, as well as federal contracting regulations and procedures.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

  • A competitive salary range of $120-200k base, plus a bonus based on performance and profitability.
