POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Administrator for the Washington State L & I 07 role, focusing on compliance and project management within the electrical sector.

In this position, you will have a significant impact through the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee, develop, and execute projects of varying complexity within the electrical domain, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead multiple initiatives from conception to completion; facilitate planning sessions with internal teams to define project scope and objectives; collaborate with stakeholders to set performance benchmarks; create project plans and timelines.
  • Identify project milestones and monitor performance against established goals and timelines.
  • Recognize, track, and address project challenges in collaboration with team members.
  • Communicate project status updates to the project team effectively.
  • Plan and manage project budgets, conduct necessary research and analysis; contribute to the design and development of project timelines and plans.
  • Assess project risks; utilize quality management tools to pinpoint risk areas; collaborate with team members to explore alternatives or solutions.
  • Document and disseminate team insights with other departments; leverage experiences from previous projects to enhance overall project success.
  • Maintain accurate project records, databases, and documentation; regularly update the Project Sponsor and stakeholders on project status and assignments.
  • Allocate appropriate resources for various project tasks; mentor and guide team members through different project phases; provide constructive feedback for professional development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A college degree or equivalent is required. This role may necessitate licensing to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • A minimum of intermediate-level relevant work experience, including leadership roles, is required. Candidates must possess a current Washington State 07 Electrical Administrator license and be available during business hours to fulfill administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical installation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Assist technicians with renewal processes and maintain current knowledge of continuing education requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits for electrical activities.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $86,000 to $129,600. Please note that this range is a good faith estimate, and the final salary will be determined based on relevant factors, including qualifications and experience. Benefits may vary by location and include options such as a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and a comprehensive suite of personal and professional benefits.
