Our client, a leading general contractor, seeks a skilled Contract Administrator. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, particularly for IDIQ and government projects. Key responsibilities include mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and managing subcontractor agreements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence and prequalify subcontractors.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage IDIQ and government contracts.
  • Review contracts for risk and insurance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contract terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Paralegal, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience with IDIQ and government contracting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local construction laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
