KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and coordinate all construction operations.
  • Direct field personnel to ensure project completion aligns with the schedule.
  • Maintain consistent communication regarding project updates with project managers and administrative staff.
  • Develop and adjust project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assess the performance and effectiveness of field staff and their teams.
  • Prepare daily reports and timesheets on-site.
  • Participate in on-site and off-site meetings as required.
  • Encourage adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent managing large-scale Commercial projects, preferably over $10M.
  • At least 2 years of experience in base-building projects is essential.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations is required.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and relevant contract documents.
  • Experience with construction management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
