In this CRM Strategy & Operations Manager role, you will:
Develop and Execute CRM Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business development and marketing goals.
- Refine CRM processes, workflows, and technology.
- Measure CRM success metrics (KPIs).
Marketing Automation Campaigns:
- Lead the development of marketing automation campaigns.
Vendor & Technology Management:
- Manage relationships with key vendors and consultants.
- Evaluate new CRM technologies and solutions.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement proactive measures.
- Develop documentation for CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.
Qualifications for CRM Strategy & Operations Manager
- A minimum of seven years of experience in CRM strategy and operations, preferably within a legal environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or related field.
- Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization. Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
