In this CRM Strategy & Operations Manager role, you will:

Develop and Execute CRM Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business development and marketing goals.
  • Refine CRM processes, workflows, and technology.
  • Measure CRM success metrics (KPIs).

Marketing Automation Campaigns:

  • Lead the development of marketing automation campaigns.

Vendor & Technology Management:

  • Manage relationships with key vendors and consultants.
  • Evaluate new CRM technologies and solutions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement proactive measures.
  • Develop documentation for CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.


Qualifications for CRM Strategy & Operations Manager

  • A minimum of seven years of experience in CRM strategy and operations, preferably within a legal environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization. Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
