About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical, educational, and operational support to our customers in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including training and troubleshooting of CRM medical device systems.
  • Assist with the implantation of CRM products and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Support the sales team by providing product information and demonstrations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies and provide training to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
