Job Description

The National Retail Federation is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the integration of marketing strategies with advanced technology solutions. As the Vice President of Marketing Technology, you will drive growth, member engagement, and overall business success by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with the NRF's overall business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on how technology can enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving successful marketing technology initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with marketing technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and data analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms from a strategic perspective.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Einstein.
