Salary

The hourly base salary range for this role in Miami is $22.07 - $27.59. The actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to engage with prospects and identify clients to contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels. You will collaborate with the sales team and educate them on details of opportunities. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while demonstrating the value of Wellhub by educating companies on the importance of our company's mission.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with at least 0-3 years experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management.
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment.
  • A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
  • You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects.
  • A strong communicator both written and verbal.
  • You are tenacious and goal-oriented.
