Contract Administration Manager

Pay Rate: Salary depends on experience

Location: Houston, TX

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


The Contract Administration Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract administration process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving efficiency in contract lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the title or banking industry, with proven expertise in handling complex contracts and negotiations.


Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from creation to execution and renewal. Ensure all contracts follow company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  2. Provide training and support to team members on contract administration best practices and system usage. Ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to manage contracts effectively.
  3. Develop and implement best practices for contract administration processes. Continuously evaluate and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records. Prepare and present reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics to senior management.


List Qualification or Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on the title or banking industry. Proven track record of managing complex contracts and negotiations.
  2. Must have experience in Title or Banking Industry.
  3. Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products.
