Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored advertising solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  1. Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  1. Campaign Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports on their campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and client feedback.
  1. Market & Industry Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and new business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis.
  1. Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the creative, marketing, and technical teams to deliver high-quality advertising solutions.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with other account executives across different markets.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales or account management, preferably within the Texas market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Texas as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients in industries relevant to the Texas market (e.g., automotive, healthcare, technology).
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Texas.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
