**Key Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner to identify their vehicle needs.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the dealership's inventory, including new and used vehicles, to assist customers in making informed decisions.

- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the purchasing process for customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to the dealership's overall success.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, vehicle features, and financing options to provide the best solutions for customers.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven track record of success in automotive sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.

- Knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and trade-in processes is a plus.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
