Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by being knowledgeable and approachable, promoting the company's service standards.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and that the store remains clean and organized.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product offerings and fitting techniques to assist customers effectively.
  • Be vigilant regarding Loss Prevention issues, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
  • Assist with inventory management, including shipping and receiving, and help with merchandise placement on the sales floor as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and in compliance with established policies, ensuring all products are checked for completeness.
Working Relationships

Engage effectively with customers, fellow Sales Associates, Store Management, and District/Regional Managers.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Basic communication, organizational, and mathematical skills are essential. Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in specialty retail or footwear, is preferred. Familiarity with company policies and visual merchandising standards is beneficial.
