Strategic Sales Manager - Subsea Pipeline

The Strategic Sales Manager will cultivate, sustain, and enhance client partnerships through effective sales strategies and direct engagement, leading to new contracts and increased value for our clients.

As the Strategic Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Formulating and executing sales strategies for designated accounts and opportunities.
  • Securing profitable business deals for assigned accounts.
  • Delivering compelling presentations to attract new and existing profitable business opportunities.
  • Communicating distinct services and integrating solution value propositions.
  • Creating commercial and technical quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinating commercial efforts with early engagement teams across engineering, operations, contracts, etc.
  • Initiating and sustaining Master Service Agreements in collaboration with contract teams.

To excel in this position, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of direct sales experience in subsea markets with technical knowledge in areas such as subsea pipeline and riser integrity/reliability solutions, inspection technologies, flow assurance, life cycle extensions, and/or chemical cleaning/inhibition programs.
  • Professional commercial management skills at various organizational levels.
  • Experience with large-scale sales initiatives across enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to draft commercial and technical proposals.
  • Strong sales acumen and understanding of the Oil & Gas industry.
