Job Description *

A client of Insight Global in the plant-based, sustainable food & nutrition space is looking for an office administrator to join their lively in-office team on a part time basis.


  • New Joiner Setup: Set up laptops and other equipment for new employees.
  • IT Coordination: Liaise with third-party IT teams to ensure proper laptop configuration.
  • Snack Ordering: Manage office supplies, including ordering snacks and refreshments.
  • Event Organization: help with the planning and organizing of office parties and events.
  • Basic Cleaning: Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Checks: Conduct routine checks to ensure facilities are in good condition (e.g., lights, HVAC, security).
  • Office Access: Manage access control systems and maintain security protocols.
  • Influencer Gifting and Shipping: Handle basic shipping tasks related to influencer gifting.


Required Skills and Experience *

  • Outgoing, Bubbly, & friendly personality
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting and laptop setup.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.


Compensation:

$20/hr to $24/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
