What You’ll Do:

·       Lead turnover to production.

·       Forecast project revenue.

·       Transfer information over to Billing Specialist.

·       Create and manage all purchase orders and subcontracts.

·       Build submittal logs.

·       Release and schedule equipment for delivery upon submittal approval.

·       Build schedule of values for billing.

·       Order and schedule equipment rental for field use.

·       Attend job site progress meetings.

·       Price all change orders and maintain change over logs in Sage.

·       Write all RFIs.

·       Make adjustments in accounting software as project progresses.

·       Maintain cost to complete forecasting.

·       Prepare and submit final billing.

·       Review and submit TAB report.

·       Upon project closeout, hold post-project review (PPR)

  •  Go over items that Estimating missed.
  • Summarize wins and losses.
  • Review the customer’s, Superintendent’s, and Assistant Project Manager’s, ease to work with and determine priorities for future projects.
  • Collect review from EMC’s Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager.

·       Follow up with customer when retainage is billed.

 

What You’ll Bring:

·       10+ years of industry-related experience is required.

·       Mechanical, plumbing, and BAS/DDC system knowledge is preferred.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore.

·       Knowledge of CAD/BIM.

·       Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.

·       Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. 

·       Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. 

·       Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
