Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team.
Maintain task assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively on projects.
Prepare and edit materials, policies, handbooks, newsletters, and brochures.
Handle scanning, printing, filing, and maintaining confidentiality of student records.
Order supplies and manage purchase orders for events.
Schedule and maintain calendars; arrange meetings and inter-office communications.
Greet and assist students and visitors; respond to inquiries.
Support meetings, including agendas, minutes, webinars, emails, and document edits.
Manage phone and email inquiries; perform data entry and maintenance.
Assist with student events, webinars, workshops, and accreditation activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Two years of administrative support experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong typing and transcribing skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

Pay is $22-$24 Depending on experience
