We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join a wonderful client in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00-22.00

Responsibilities:
o Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
o Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents.
o Schedule and follow up with appointments.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service.
o Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.

Qualifications:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
