Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
