Our client's centrally located office offers all the modern-day amenities, including ongoing ping pong tournaments, electronic hoop setups, kitchens stocked with snacks, company lunches, fun sales events, and team bonding. Although our clients' employees like to have fun, they are committed to high performance and dedicated to improving professionally and personally.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • You are a closer with a "no fear", highly professional approach to sales with an ability to CLOSE on the phone
  • You have high energy to coach and motivate a team (exp with 1099's preferred)
  • You have organizational skills to ensure all appointments and deals are handled properly
  • You can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple reps
  • You have at least two years of B2B sales experience (inside/short cycle preferred)
  • You have a proven track record of outstanding performance, exceeding quotas
  • You have a high level of integrity
  • You have excellent communication and motivational skills
  • You are numerate and think and react quickly on your feet


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base with unlimited earning potential (generous salary 75000 + commissions. OTE $120+).

Day-to-Day Functions:

  • Manage and run daily appointments with 1099 outside field reps
  • Coach, train, and develop reps to close new business
  • Guide Reps on how to self-generate and build a business in their home local territory
  • Oversee the entire sales process. You'll need to have the ability to see where a deal is and sell with value solutions in mind. You'll work with Operations to submit, approve, and train accounts.
